What you see
You bought a plan, but the NexLev Chrome extension still shows its paid features as locked.
Why it happens
The extension has its own sign-in, separate from the dashboard. It can be signed in to a different NexLev account from the one that paid, even in the same browser.
How to fix it
Step 1: Sign in to the dashboard with the account that paid
Go to dashboard.nexlev.io in the same Chrome profile you use the extension in, and sign in with the account you bought NexLev with. Click Continue with Google. What happens next depends on how many Google accounts are signed in to your Chrome profile.
Scenario 1
Only one Google account is signed in to your Chrome profile
Clicking Continue with Google signs you in to the dashboard with that account straight away. You won't see an account picker.
Make sure that account is the one you bought NexLev with. If it isn't, add your purchase account to the Chrome profile, then sign in again and you'll get the account picker from Scenario 2.
Scenario 2
Several Google accounts are signed in to your Chrome profile
Google asks you to Choose an account. Pick the account you bought NexLev with.

Step 2: Check the dashboard shows the plan you bought
Once you're signed in, make sure the dashboard shows the package you bought. You'll see your plan in two places:
- next to the NexLev logo in the top-left corner
- in your profile menu: click your profile picture in the top-right corner, and the plan appears next to your name
If you bought Lite, it should say LITE. If you bought Pro, it should say PRO.
If you don't see the plan you bought, you're signed in to a different account. Sign out and go back to Step 1.
Step 3: Sign in from the extension popup
Click the NexLev icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the extension popup, then click Continue with Google.
Step 4: Check the email and click Login to Extension
A Login to Extension window opens. Under You are logging in as, it shows the email you're signing in with.
Make sure it's the same email you bought your subscription with, then click Login to Extension. This signs you in to the NexLev Chrome extension.
If it shows a different email, close the window, sign out of the dashboard and go back to Step 1.
Step 5: Check the extension shows your plan
Open the extension popup again. Beneath your name, check that it shows the plan you bought, for example Pro Plan if you bought Pro or Lite Plan if you bought Lite.
Still stuck?
