# YouTube Channel Not Showing

> Your YouTube channel doesn't show in NexLev Analytics. Connect it from the Analytics page; Analytics needs a Lite, Premium or Pro plan.

## Channel isn't showing

**You see:** your YouTube channel doesn't appear in NexLev Analytics, or in NexLev MCP's personal analytics tools.

**Why:** your channel isn't connected to the NexLev account you're signed in to yet.

**Fix:**

**Step 1**

Sign in to the NexLev account you want to use. See [Dashboard Shows Free
After Paying](/docs/troubleshooting/account-access/dashboard-shows-free) to
check which account you're on.

**Step 2**

Go to [dashboard.nexlev.io/analytics](https://dashboard.nexlev.io/analytics)
and click **Connect Account**.

**Step 3**

Sign in with the Google account that owns your YouTube channel and allow
access.

> **Note:** **Analytics needs a Chrome extension plan.** The Analytics page stays locked
> unless your account has a Lite, Premium or Pro plan. Click **Unlock Now** on
> the lock screen to add one.
