# Account & Access > Fix a NexLev plan that's paid but still locked: signed in to the wrong account on the dashboard, in the Chrome extension, in NexLev MCP, or with an API key. Section: Account & Access Canonical page: /docs/troubleshooting/account-access --- You've paid for a plan, but NexLev still shows Free, No Access or a lock icon. Almost always, you're signed in to a **different NexLev account** from the one that paid. > **Tip:** **Not sure which account paid?** Open your Stripe receipt email and note the > address it was sent to.
